Applicable shipping charges, where any, shall be displayed separately during checkout.

Valphah may contact the Customer using the contact information provided during checkout if clarification regarding an Order is required.

Customers agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an Order or creating an account.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by Valphah's Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Domestic and international delivery timelines, applicable shipping charges, tracking information, customs duties, and other shipping conditions shall be governed by the Shipping Policy published on the website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and, for international Orders, for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges imposed by the destination country.

11. EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Valphah operates an exchange-only policy subject to the terms set out in its Refund & Exchange Policy.

Customers are advised to review the Refund & Exchange Policy before placing an Order.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

• Products are not eligible for monetary refunds;

• Order cancellations are not accepted once an Order has been successfully placed;

• Eligible exchanges must be requested within 10 days from the date of delivery;

• Products must satisfy the applicable condition and packaging requirements; and

• An applicable ₹238 exchange processing fee shall apply to approved exchange requests.
